However if you default in repayments you have given us the authority to pass on your personal and funding information to a debt collection agency, solicitor or other authority whom may assist us in the debt collection .

We may also list your default with a credit reference organisation. We may also be required to disclose information for law enforcement or regulatory reasons. By applying for a loan, you acknowledge that we have the authority to do this as permitted under the Australian Privacy Act. Others authorised to use the personal information are also bound by this privacy statement.
